Confidence & Risk-Taking Workshop
Join us for a Confidence & Risk-Taking Workshop to learn the importance of confidence and risk-taking in career trajectory and engage in workshop style activities to bring out subconscious tones and indicators of both confidence and risk-taking. Our speakers will convey the impact that confidence and risk-taking play in career growth, ensure that participants understand indicators of each, and challenge participants to take the next “risk” in their career.
Rebecca (Becky) Sager is a manager in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice. Becky joined KPMG in July of 2013 and is based in the Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Becky has provided M&A tax advice to a broad range of domestic, multi-national, and foreign-owned clients. Her current and past clients operate in the following industries: infrastructure, aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical, and design and manufacturing of industrial and consumer products. Becky is also on the Executive Committee of KPMG’s Network of Women.
Risa Morrison is an Audit Senior Manager in KPMG’s Tysons Corner office in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. She has more than 12 years of experience providing financial statement audits, audits of internal controls and other audit-related services. Risa has substantial experience in the planning, execution, and supervision of both mid-market and large global public company audits, as well as the audits of smaller private equity companies. Risa has experience managing engagements across a variety of industries including technology, media, and broadcast. Risa is also on the Executive Leadership Committee of KPMG’s Network of Women.
