Small Changes, Big Results: The No Nonsense Strategy To Nourishing Your Body Minus The Overwhelm
While most people feel they have to undergo major dietary and life restrictions in order to lose weight, be fulfilled, and feel confident again, this presentation will focus on incorporating easy steps to foster lifelong change. We will discuss how living a healthy lifestyle leads to finding balance, managing stress, and creating a life full of abundance. Participants will learn how to build a balanced meal, which will include examples and benefits for each meal component. We will also be discussing the importance of incorporating healthy fats and blood sugar balance in maintaining energy levels, improving concentration and cognitive function, managing stress, improving digestion and managing hormone imbalances.
Ali Boone is a Registered Dietitian, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Life Coach and Owner of Nourished Abundance. Using a whole foods approach, Ali focuses on reinforcing the foundations of health: digestion, gut health, blood sugar control, adrenal function, hormone balance, and stress management.
Ali uses Nutritional Therapy to get to the root cause of the ailments you are experiencing rather than just treating the symptoms. She has worked with clients to reverse diabetes, overcome weight loss plateaus, improve diagnosed gastrointestinal conditions, reduce blood cholesterol levels, remove digestive stressors, reduce anxiety, and dramatically increase energy levels, memory, and concentration.
She works closely with her clients to create structure and establish short-term and long-term goals that are achievable and sustainable. She prides herself on building relationships with her clients and empowering them to take back their health.
