Learning Objectives and Program Content: At the end of this session, participants will have:

  • Gained an understanding of the skills that comprise EI
  • Assessed their own EI strengths and challenges
  • Identified opportunities for how you can apply EI effectively in times of chaos and change

Please join us for a dinner meeting on how to use emotional intelligence to calm the chaos. In 2016, The World Economic Forum named Emotional Intelligence (EI) as one of the Top 10 Skills of 2020 in their Future of Jobs Report. It’s 2020 and the future is now. In our professional (and personal) roles we need to communicate constructively with others, engage in cooperative and collaborative relationships, continue forward through change, and navigate challenges and problems more so than ever. Your ability to understand and practice EI is a critical ally in all of these areas. Be ready to learn with and from fellow participants and actively engage in reflection and activities!
